Hey lady, How was the day back at work?

I thought of you often but we were gone so I couldn't get on and check up on you!!

Hi Jessica! I actually start back today.

I moved it back another day because yesterday Ava had a cardiology appointment and on my first day back I didn't want to leave & then go back.

So today will be my first day back & Ava's first day at daycare

Thinking of you and Ava.

I hope the day just flies by!

Hopefully today goes by quick for both of you.

Well we're both in one piece!

I think she sensed something was up cause she was up before I left & was kicking in her crib.

I picked her up to say goodbye & bawled while holding her.

I bawled the whole drive to work. Then since I was out of the office for a little over 3 months...

All of my logins were disabled.

So I barely did a dang thing at work at all cause it took most of the day for each department I have logins for to get my logins activated again.

So it dragged! I"m hoping it will be better tomorrow since I'm ready to roll & hopefully by doing things it will make the day fly. Picked Ava up around 4:30 & she was eating / fussing when I got there.

As soon as I picked her up in my arms, she laid on my shoulder then fell asleep.

It was wonderful!!

Oh how I missed her!!

Oh what a homecoming!!!! I almost cried reading that - I cried so hard leaving for the first day....

Once you get busy at work the day flies and it is not AS hard - but it always sucks I am sitting here sad b/c my son has been asleep since i got home from work an hour and a 1/2 ago....HELLO - WAKE UP - MOMMY'S BOOBS ARE FULL!!!

I'm glad you made it through your first day back!!!

Hope tomorrow will be a little bit easier for you.

I hope that each day gets a little better.

Sounds like daycare wore her out!
