Fingernails - The Student Room
Fingernails
So, I've just stopped biting my fingernails.
I'm not sure why, I just have.
The issue I have now is with keeping them clean.
At the minute, I'm scraping them out with cocktail sticks or similar implements but I guess this isn't too healthy.
How do you lot keep your nails constantly gorgeous?

Are they strong?
You can get hand lotions and crap to strengthen them.
Or like a gloss you paint over the strengthen them.
But they might be already.
Whatevs. If you just want them to stay nice, I'd put some clear gloss over them.
Just a simple top coat;
There's hundreds out there.
A it excessive, but there's a white pencil you can buy which gives the appearance of French tips;
You colour in the behind of your nail, so it's really white, whereas the rest is obviously flesh coloured.
That obviously requires you to have longish nails though.
Also, you should definitely get a cheap nail file and file them into a nice/roundish shape.
