As I will implement a diet and fitness schedule from today onwards for the next 12 days and have woken up an hour too early, I am typing this out and putting it in this place. The reason for my diet and fitness schedule is that I have accumulated a total of roughly 8kg of fat on my body in recent months, while I usually had it at under 1kg.

International business does that to you. I feel extremely uncomfortable with this layer of fat and do not wish to be uncomfortable for the three-day conference. Hence, this schedule. It goes as follows: 6 a.m.

- 7 a.m.: Morning Training Session ( 30 mins Warm-up exercises ;

30 mins Push-ups, Sit-ups, Squats, Light Jogging) 8 a.m.

- 9 a.m.: Relaxing ;

Breakfast ( 1 unit of fruit + between 500ml and 1l Water) 9 a.m.

- 1 p.m.: Work ; Meetings ;

E-Mails ; Calls 1 p.m.

- 1:30 p.m.: Preparation and Cooking of food 1:30 p.m.

- 2 p.m.: Consumption of mentioned food (+ 1.5l Water) 2 p.m.

- 7 p.m.: Work ; Meetings ;

E-Mails ; Calls 5 p.m.: Consumption of 1 unit of fruit + 500ml Water 7 p.m.

- 9 p.m.: Evening Training Session ( 15 mins Warm-up exercises ;

15 mins Shadow Boxing ;

15 mins Technique Training ;

40 mins Stamina Training ;

20 mins Cardio Training ;

10 mins Power Training ;

5 mins Light Jogging) 9 p.m.

- 10:30 p.m.: Relaxing ;

Preparation & Consumption of 1 Salad + 1l Water 10:30 p.m.

- 11 p.m.: Planning for business activities on the next day 11 p.m.

- 5:30 a.m.: Sleep Food Options: 1.

Beef Steak + Mashed Potato/Boiled Potato/Roasted Potato Slices + Sauce (Home-cooked) 2.

Tagliatelle/Fettuccine + Tomato Sauce + cooked Beef Cubes (Home-cooked) 3.

Slow-roasted rack of lamb with barbecue marinade (Home-delivered) Salad Options: 1.

Onion/Tomato Salad (recipe in the Household Section) 2.

Iceberg Lettuce + Cucumber slices + Fish powder Fruit Options (1 Unit): 2 Apples, 2 Pears, 2 Peaches, 2 Oranges, 1/3 Honey Melon, 1/4 Watermelon I have used the above fitness and diet schedule several times over the past years.

It has never failed me. Use of it during the next 12 days should result in roughly 7kg fat loss.

If I'm going to be alive, I might as well be incredible.

I want to do more than just exist.

I'm going to try that out and use your work time for my school instead.
