BioTest Hot Rox Extreme recommendations in conflict with GSD - Precision Nutrition Member Zone
The wedding's in 5 weeks, and my goal is 10 pounds Hello GSD.
I was just looking at the recommendations BioTest gives regarding Hot Rox Extreme, and it looks like they don't want you to exceed 4 caps per day.
GSD calls for 9. Should I be concerned?

The product has changed since we did the GSD experiment.
Stick with the label recs if you're going to use Hot Rox.

As I recall, when GSD was first published on tnation in 2006, there was no HR Extreme.
Compare the pdf on this site and the article on tnation.
Tnation updated their article to say HR extreme but did not change dosage.
GSD pdf on this site does not mention Extreme.
You can't get regular hot rox on tnation.
You can on bodybuilding.com and other biotest resellers.

LOL, well my first experience with Hot Rox was anything but pleasant, but it's my fault completely.
I wasn't using my head and accidently took 3 with a meal rather following the label's instructions to one on an empty stomach the first day.
At first things were just tingly, but then I got jittery, noxious, and dizzy.
Not a fun experience.
When I put my heart rate monitor on to see what was going on about 3 hours later, my heart rate was 103 as compared to my typical daytime standing rate in the 70's.
Live and learn. I may be sticking with the Abs+.

I wanted to give it another shot today so as not to throw the baby out with the bathwater.
Just one pill. My body must just not react well with them because I experienced the same effects today on a smaller scale.
