Can someone help me create a render of Roy Mustang from the anime FULL METAL ALCHEMIST.

This would be greatly appreciated.

Well, for someone to creat it they would have to draw him out first then photoshop him and cut him out last.

Which I could do except the coloring because I never have learned the layering to that.

So I do believe you meant a cut-out.
