I don't think there's only one nail to hit when it comes to 'holding the sport back.' I think he did a good job and hope some of his ideas come to fruition in the future.

I think nicky is right about guns.
Paintball is the only sport that uses anything close to a gun that i am aware of

Guns I doubt it.
People need to start thinking about paintball in terms of speedball.
Not running around in the woods shooting each other im Camo.
Companies need to stop their .50 cal crap and focus on making the .68 cal ball even cheaper.
We've gradually made it cheaper but now is the time to make it dirt cheap and available to everyone!

This wasn't thought out to well...
Even though im not a huge supporter of .50 cal, the reason they've improvising is because simple logic "smaller balls=cheaper manufacturing" They do make cheaper .68, but thats the stuff you find at walmart and I doubt you wanna shoot walmart paint as a "STANDARD" paint.

Well I definitely agree with the costs, but then again I do not see any ways of it becoming lowered, since companies need to make profit if they are going to be giving back to the sport by sponsoring teams and what not.

Almost faced charges with the local city police (who is also the campus police...
Sort of..). luckily they let him 'plead guilty' and do a few hours of community service.
