In many countries it's simply natural, being Canadian are colonies for the most part hide, as it's not legal only tolertated at a sparse few beaches, yet 100% legal on private land where families kids etc.
Spend summer holidays at these private resorts.
Go to numerous European beaches and topless is as normal as 100% nudity.
After a day I felt the sites took away the magination and sex appeal, where as the smallest of bottoms left that curiosity and was sexier by far.
And when I did try full nudity I paid dearly, sitting down(NOT) and sleeping on my stomach for a few day's reminded me of another sensible reason, to say no way.

I might go to a nearby house with binoculars =) but i would go down there, usually some nasty ppl there, and if i did prob just the usual trunks
