what good films are in the cinema atm? - Movies - Digital Spy Forums

Could anyone tell me what good films are on at the cinema atm? thanx

Let the Right One In - Horror from Sweden

Instead I have the choice of timeless classics like "Paul Blart - Mall Cop", "I Love You Man" and "17 Again". *blows brains out*

It has a decent story and some very funny bits. If the OP hasn't already seen it though i'd highly recommend 'Gran Torino' which is easily the best film at the cinemas at the moment.

The best film that's (just about) on at the moment is The Class. Gran Torino is very good. In The Loop is excellent.

"In The Loop is excellent." I agree!

It's great! the script is terrific - full of great one-liners, the acting and characterisations are eerily accurate and the plot is as tightly-constructed as an episode of Seinfeld ....

And language that would make a sailor blush!!!

I Love You Man looks good. I also want to go see State of Play, only because I like Russell Crowe.

How about Knowing?

Good film but a rubbish ending, seems to be a Hollywood trend lately.

17 Again I Love You Man Let The Right One In The Boat That Rocked Monsters VS Aliens Are the latest films i have watched and enjoyed.

The list also explains why there's so much shite on at cineworld at the moment. As soon as something that's meant to be good is released cineworld never seems to show it 17,000 posts of rubbish

I'll be seeing three movies in that top ten list next week, can't wait...

Knowing looks good though.

Thanx for the help guys going to see i love you, man.

Lol i didn't really have an option

I feel for you people with rubbish cinemas

"The Boat that Rocked" was FAR better than I was expecting.

I mean, I thought it would be fairly decent, but nothing special.

But it actually had me laughing out loud through most of it.

Went to see In The Loop last night, after never seeing a full episode of The Thick of It.

What a choice!!! One of the funniest movies I have seen in a long time.

Absolutely. The characters are brilliantly drawn and the script is amazingly witty.

The "f-star-star...

" joke had me choking on my drink - and I didn't even have a drink!
