Like it is said, this is a rich man's world.

By proxy, as long as we partake in the systems created by the rich, we also have a hand in the destruction of the environment.
In any case, the Earth will likely be able to recover, as it has done after mass extinctions due to comet or asteroid impacts.
It's us as the human race that is endangered the most by our actions.

When you read those stories of a crowd of people watching a woman getting raped and not stopping it...
Not even calling in the professional government thugs (the police) to stop it.
Don't you feel kind of ashamed when you read those stories?
