I'm a skinny guy (6' 1", 150 lbs) and would like to put on some extra weight.
It sucks stuffing yourself when you're already full, but it looks like that coupled with working out is about the only way to bulk up.
Anybody here have any tips?
Thanks!
Edit: forgot to put my weight.

Buy some chocolate flavored whey protein powder and add it to milk.
Drink this concoction during your workouts.
Worked great for me...
In fact, for the first time ever I've got a bit of a gut and have had to stop taking it for awhile.

Drink whole milk, a gallon a day if needed.
Aim for 5000 kcal and eat unsat.
Fatty foods. Avacodos, nuts, olives (olive oil), and eat some whole grain breads with nuts.
Your local grocery store bakery probably has some good breads for this.
If you need another 500-1000 calories, you can take some weight gain supplements, but you will pay more for them than healthy whole foods with the same calories.
Try eat beef (and not 90/10 beef either).
Fat is your friend, Make sure you eat about 25-30% of your daily intake in fats but make sure the majority of that is unsaturated.

Shake up your workouts a lot.
My weight always makes a nice little jump when I change up my workout a significant amount.

Eat more.
Track your calories (fitday and sparkpeople have trackers), I bet you're not eating as much as you think you are.

In order to get big, you need to eat big (as others have said) and make sure it's QUALITY calories, not crap.
Also, focus on the main compound lifts, i.e.
Bench press, squat, deadlift, overhead press, bent over row, etc.
If you feel like researching about nutrition yourself, check out http://bodybuilding.com
If you want the information in a book, check out "The Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding" by Arnold Schwarzenegger at Chapters or what have you.

You pretty much nailed it when you said "stuffing yourself when you're already full".
Eat till you're full, then eat some more.
It doesn't take long till it feels normal eating 5 or 6 thousand calories.
Just be ready to be a pretty nitpicky calorie counter when you start cutting the fat you will inevitably add on.
A gallon of full fat milk per day is the standard issue weight-gainer for people having problems bulking.
2400 calories, easy to drink throughout the day.
