All recent, open shops are now on the first post of this thread.
Continue reading for a slice of history but keep in mind that some shop locations and contact information were collected from this thread but not all of them.
They they have all been collected from Carver fans throughout this forum on various threads and from other forums.

Can't say I'd feel very comfortable sending anything to anyone other than Rolland...
Besides, what are all these guys using for pars ???
I know MOST of tha parts Carver used were OEM, and Rolland won't sell parts to any other shop.
So I wonder what they are putting in instead?!?!

I'm sitting here in Connecticut with three pieces of great Carver seperates that are in need of repair.
I would hate heading into New York.
Does anyone have a lead on someone reputable in the Connecticut area who could resurrect a nice TFM-45 and two preamp\tuners?
I'm lost.

What you see is what'cha got.
The only reputable shop with a lot of feedback so far is Rolland at High Tech Audio out in Washington State.
If you happen to find something that we are unaware of, please get back to us with the contact info.
And whether or not your experience was good or bad.
That's the best we can do at this point.

I got this information from their site (so hopefully it's correct!).
The guy there used to work for Bob Carver for years and he seemed pretty knowledgeable about all things Carver.
