Gusto ko lang malaman kung ano ang breakfast, lunch & dinner nyo?

Gusto ko kasing magpaganda ng katawan eh...

And i know diet plays a major role.

Hi Pitchshifter , it's you again. It's best to consult a nutritionist for this (gyms usually have a resident nutritionist).

What works for me might not work for you kasi .

The recommended diet will also depend on your body type.

Hi SOLACE! bulok kasi yung gym that i go to eh. mas malaki pa yung katawan ko sa mga instructor (hehe) guy ka ba o gurl? well, as for my diet...

Kain lang ng kain pero more on chicken, fish, fruits & veggies and i eat 3 egg whites each morning (protein daw yun eh) d bale, balang araw kasing laki ng katawin ko din yung 98 degrees...

My diet includes tuna (in brine) with wheat bread, milk, steamed broccoli, and lots of water.

Believe me, it works...

However, you must combine this diet with daily visits to the gym for quicker & better results.
