I have used fitday for a few years now.
I love it! I also like how you can add food that isnt not listed and customize it and put it all the nutritional info if it's something you eat often.

There is an option on the Foods Eaten page called under the "Add Custom" tab called "New Custom Food".
Once you click on this you will need to add the nutrition content from the label of the food item to add it.
It is real easy to do.
I have added all of the things that I eat regularly.

Website (Diet) Hello everyone first time posting here but I just wanted to share that there is a website called www.sparkpeople.com great site it tells you amount of calories, fat, carbs, protein, everything that you should eat a day they go by your size.
They tell you how many calories you need to burn a week to lose weight they have fitness plans and everything.
The best part its all for free.
You even do your meal plans on it.
I lost 15 pounds keeping track with this website I thought i'd share it with you all.

Thanks for the info on Sparkpeople.com , its great..I just registered and its for free.
Its worth a try if we stay on track.
I want to lose 35 lbs by June, that 2 lbs a week.

Easy to use and you don't have to get a membership to us the foodlist and such.
