If you could change 1 thing about diet/health habits?

If you were asked to commit to changing just one thing about your daily diet/health habits, what would you change?

Do you think you could make it a habit and how long would it take?

I have found it easier to change small habit than you have an over all goal to do something big with adequate planning. The one thing I am going to commit to changing is to discontinue use of artifical sweeteners.

I have known for a while that my system cant take them and I know they are unhealthy.

Problem is, I love my diet sodas. How I plan on making this a permant habit change is to carry water bottles of iced tea with me.

That way, instead of going thru drive thrus for diet soda, I can just buy a cup of ice and pour my tea in.

I really cant take tea from fast food places as I prefer either green tea or herbal blend teas.

The first thing I'd change is probably cutting out soda for water.I could probably make it a habit but it would be very,very hard for me as I am a caffeine junkie

Mine would be the same as Cali's!

I constantly drink water and coffee...and NEVER water or milk.

I would try to change that...and it probably could become a habit...but it would be SO hard to get started!!
