How many motorcycles have you owned? - Bike Forums
I was making a mental list the other day.
I have owned these bikes in order of purchase:
1970's Suzuki 125 cc two stroke enduro
1979 Honda Passport
1970's Honda 350
1980's Kawasaki Police 1000
All of these were bought from the late 70's to the mid 80's and I rode them up until the early 90's when I sold them all and got out of motorcycling.
2004 Aprilia Scarabeo 500 maxi-scooter
2008 Suzuki DR650
I bought these two over the past year when I decided to get back into motorcycling.
I still have them.
So I have owned six bikes over almost 20 years of motorcycle riding.
By contrast, I have owned about 10 bicycles over 35 years of bicycle riding.
The only motorcycle I ever bought new was the Honda Passport.
All the rest were used bikes.
I bet there are people here who make me look like a piker in terms of the numbers of motorcycles owned.

Aiee I really want a scooter.
I want a 250 or 300cc one so I can ride on highways when I need to.
But people told me that it's better to start out on a 150cc or below one so that I can get used to it more.
O.o;
I'm looking at the Genuine Buddy 125cc one if I start small or something like a Honda Reflex (but they don't sell those new anymore :3) if I want to go higher.
Maybe the Vespa GTS 300?
I don't know. I can't afford one right now anyway, but maybe next year.

I miss those MX bikes.
That was a fun, stupid, time of my life.
Had to get rid of them to help pay for college.
I hope I have a kid that gets into those so I have an excuse to get one of my own again Even though I grew up on those two-strokes, I love the new 4-strokes.
My brother's RMZ-250 is just a blast to ride (when I get the rare chance to do so).
