Yes they are all def romantic composers.

Usually most composers after Beethoven to the early 20th century with Mahler and Wagner being the "most" romantic at a ridiculous level. And FYI: Romantic here doesn't mean the same kind of romantic as in love or infatuation.

That's the name of the style or writing to which composers experimented with a lot of chromaticism.
