And my breasts and nipples are sore to the touch.

That really isn't much to go on.

Did you have unprotected sex during your risky time? If you're late, you should just take a test.

The sooner you know, the better.

Those two things (missed period and sore nipples) are symptoms of pregnancy, but that does not necessarily mean you are definitely pregnant.

I think you should take a pregnancy test!!
