Google Search, Google Mail next what? - Web Hosting Talk
We have the wonderful google search nxt the google mail (gmail), what do you guys think the next will be
Google Messenger?

One of google's greatest strengths is concentrating in a markets where the can reach the greatest number of people with the smallest staff possible while leveraging their commodity computer cluster.
I don't see business hosting as one of these options, maybe expanding their free hosting, like blogspot (see they are already into hosting), or something along the lines of yahoo groups, like their groups2.
Basically these are ways for google to expand the reach of their adword program.

In my opinion Google and Ebay will make the greatest partners if they decide to merge.
Ebay has the potential to make sales and Google has the potential to advertise the products.
Ebay also has Paypal and Google has an effective search engine.
Both have large user base and a worldwide market for their applications.
Both have what the other needs.
I thinks its a made for each other match.
