Google AdSense - Web Hosting Talk
Has anyone here used google AdSense?
If so what were the results?
Was the revenue generated reasonable?

You might find that companies/individuals are hesitant to give out information..
The AdSense SLA greatly restricts their freedom of speech in this aspect.

I cant qoute figures, not cause im under some agreement, but cause i dont actually use it, and the conversation i had was quite a while ago but..
the price you get for each click varies from company to company.
If you are able to have a good flow through your website, and have these visitors click on the links, it will pay off because your just making a profit.
As far as i know you dont have to keep the ads on there if they dont work for you...
Just give it a go

Adsense is great, it hasn't been real good for me because I just add the code to pages occasionally, but other's with good content have had extremely good results from it.
Certainly worth a shot
If you search www.geekvillage.com/forums for adsense, you will see that people have been receiving high payouts for a while Good luck!

I have heard quite good things and the pay seems to be very good.
Making money from AdSense makes more sense (no pun intended) than most PPM programs I would guess.
Unless you have a well targetted and high paying commission/affiliate program I would give it a shot.

I use it and get a few clicks here and there every now and then ..
If you have a busy site with loyal members/visitors, you might get more clicks ..
let's just say I can't quit my job yet.
It's lunch money for now.

I use adsense on one of my site and it is not a very busy site at all (a hundred or so visits a day), the site only has around 40 members ...it does ok...since for some reason we can't talk about adsense that's really all I can say and some tell me more than I shoul...lol

Everyone acted as if there was a WHT rule against it the site I use it on is so far off the radar it doesn't matter anyway...lol
