My Cat Lisa-Lee that I rescued when I arrived in Edmonton.

She is a 2 yr old calico who was originally found under a trailer iwth her kittens when she was found last year and rescued by S.H.A.R.E.S.

She was skittish around new ppl and other cats but is doing very well and is good with MOST new people and the vet thinks she will do well with a small kitten.

My adorable niece, Hunter who just turned one may22 and my sister lindsay.

These pics were all taken at easter

Me since I moved to Edmonton - my hair used to be a lil bit longer - i cut and layered a bunch of it to help me get in the swing of having a fresh start in a new town. My BFF in Edmonton, Victoria and I

Apollo - a 7 yr old shepherd up for adoption - he was a surrendered dog - wandering around and having his try at the bobbing for hot dogs (he came in 2nd place lol) Sting - a 4 mo old mutt - rescued with his brother on the reserve abandoned - also up for adoption - he is def.

My favorite atm hes an absolute delight lol Some other awsome dogs that were at the event with thier owners The Frisbee Catching Demonstrations

In the cage - Sting and his brother Hootie who the next day we found out had Parvo....hes now recouping nicely and is on the mend with his foster family.

Hootie is the dark one, sting is the tan. the one with the red bandana is Baxter - he met his furever family that day and has since been adopted Other Cute dogs and thier owners who came out for the event

I didnt take any of these as I was busy blowdrying and grooming these dogs - INDOORS lol so my friends lil sister took my camera and took some which is why they are quite blurry lol None of these dogs are up for adoption, these are all dogs that were brought in and paid a min.

20$ donation to have thier furry companions groomed to help raise money for SHARES.

They are great pic and thank you so much for sharing them with us and may l say nice to meet you niteowl

Some of my fireworks photos from canada day - we were in a not so great spot for photography but ...i tried lol took over 150 photos lol wouldve been better if not for the big tree in the way though lol dont mind the odd date - i changed my camera battaries in a rush en route to the fireworks and didnt reset the date lol

Four your family photos and of the dogs for adoption Here in my country Dogs for adoption are in a terrible condition as the are rescued from emergency areas as I have been proteccionist for almost all my life (having a shelter for 140 cats and 2 dogs) I always receive emails with news about rescues and adoptions the photos are depressing....and there are so many of them that it is impossible to find the a foster family Unfortunately this is not the first world not even the 3rd.I must say ..

Hey Everyone! Im back at long last from my hoidays!!! Had lots of fun catching up with my family and celebrating my birthday and such! Got to see my niece!!!

She hates shoes and is slowly doing the learning to walk toddle....and LOVEs the teddy bunny auntie got her...she doesnt know what it says...but when it gets to her name she smiles big lol I even got to give her a bath...where i learned some of her new vocabulary...NO (as she holds onto the shampoo bottle) WOWEEE (the new fan) she also LOVES to swim lol I also got to spend time with my brother and my mum as well which was great! I got to see my brothers new home that they bought and talk to him about his schooling....he just graduated from university with a degree in criminology....and is now going to get his masters (2yrs) as well as finish up his sociology diploma (which hes very close to doing already) When we were at my sisters the forest fires started and that made for some chaos.

Her yard got dumped with ash...and it irritated my mums lungs pretty bad we had to go into the hosp for a bit to get some clean air.

Didnt do a heck of a lot other than catching up with everyone my brother and sis in law took me to dinner and a movie for my "bday fun" and then ON my bday i was taken out to a nice lil italian restaurant with my mum and brother.

We were at my sisters house on the night I arrived the friday, and the sunday....the saturday and monday we spent at my cousins in faulkland -- i got badly sunburned...thought i would be scot free - however it started to peel today...and has a bit of blistering...

So ... thankfully have a large bottle of aloe vera lol Tuesday we came down to the lowermainland and i stayed with my brother and we did some shopping, and the dinner/movie combo....

Got to go up to the university with him...and the last 2 nights i spent at my mums trailer in blissful A/C lol Took around 300+ photos and videos while i was away The trip up goes through jasper national park both ways so i was lucky to get some great shots going through there!

The way up was 15 hrs ...

The way home was over 20 hrs....on the bus. I was a lil upset with greyhound lol to start with the customer service in chilliwack really was HORRID!

Not to mention the bathrooms that were ...well..horrifying (flies, overflowing garbages, tp all over the floor...) when we asked (as there were 6 buses lined up no signs on any of them, no platform signs...which one was the one we were looking for we were told snidely, THERE WILL BE AN ANNOUNCEMENT....

The way home was supposed to be 19 hrs...

However in kamloops they delayed us for an hour....for a bus that "needed" to connect to ours....so we were an hour behind....no biggie....

Then our bus had mechanical problems which slowed us down huge...we apparently couldnt run AC and go uphill we had 3 different drivers between chilliwack and edmonton....so going through THE MOUNTIANS (hello someone thought this through lol) we had little power and it was very hot and muggy -- due to the thundershowers going through...and it was hot....due to no AC no biggie....

They cut all our "rest stops" extra short to make up time....no biggie and i did have a great trip getting to talk to a lady my age and her two great kids (age 2&6) and another who was 18 and just moving to saskatoon (where i was going to go before dustin changed his mind and wanted to go to edmonton instead) so we had fun chatting and it made the ride go a lot faster....esp.

For her with the two kids lol However, they decided at 9 pm (we were due into edmonton at 1140) that they WOULD NOT be able to hold the bus going from edmonton to saskatoon that left at midnight....

So they were going to leave her and her two young kids, a young lady and there was also a young pregnant lady (early 20s) who was going for that bus as well but was able to have a ride meet her in edmonton....

In a depot thats closed...in downtown edmonton and the next bus wasnt due to leave til 6am....

We arrived at 130 am.

I brought the crew to my place to crash for a few hours before battling on ...

I just couldnt in good concience leave them there....

Esp as the depots in a not so hot part of town lol so we got in my apt is extra muggy just for fun lmao so everyone pretty much crashed on the floor in front of the fan lol and at 5am....we went to let them out...and well....we were locked IN the apt...somehow my deadbolt stuck...and i had to call my landlady at that hour to get her to run up and try her key and btwn her on the outside and us yanking on the inside we got the thing open lol so now they are en route to saskatoon (i hope lol) and are due home around 1pm. My cat was happy to see me ..and even did VERY well with all the people ...even the kids when they tried to give her snuggles lmao so i havent slept much in the past 24 hrs...and after they left took a very long much needed cool bath and dozed for a bit on the bed in front of the fan lol So thats a bit about my trip....i selected SOME of the HORDEs of photos i took to share with you all lol Hope you all had a fun 10 days too lol trip down through Jasper National Park... Yes those are big horned sheep...well some babies lol my sisters balcony - a hummingbird kept fluttering over --- well 3 did but only got a shot of one of them lol my sisters yard...and her view of lake okanogan....she has a small orchard with cherries, apricots, peaches etc.

And a large garden too....the lakes only a hop skip and jump away ...

Feels awsome when its really hot! This is not a sunset....or clouds...this is from the forest fires raging in the okanogan right now...when they started my ADORABLE niece missy hunter!

Yes shes in her high chair in a lot of them....but lol they were some of the better ones that turned out lol Trip back these ones are of the fraser valley.... Going through Jasper again the lil kids and thier mum i was telling yall about the red trees are pine trees that have been ravashed by the infamous pine beattle
