Cuba, it is the largest island in the caribbean and in the western hemisphere.
They have the most beautiful beaches int he worl "Varadero beach" being amongst the best.
The capitol "Havana" is huge on nightlife, museums, comedy clubs, history etc Cuba is a gorgeous country the people are very attractive and friendly they are so full of life.
Cuba is also the safest country of these you mentioned the government and police protect tourists like gold.
Trust me visit Cuba you will never forget it i also suggest you check out the mountains, waterfalls, caves they are awesome!

Cuba all the way.
I have been to cuba 5 times this year and havent regretted it once.
The poeple there are so welcoming and the beach is just amazing.
Just make sure you go to a 4 star hotel.
Ive been to a 3 star hotel once 'sunbeach varadero' and it wasnt too good.
The beach is a 4 minute walk from the resort.
But cuba is just so beautiful, if you want a little feeling of the cuban lifestyle go downtown varadero there are parties on the street and crazy clubs.
Also take a drive to cardenas, its 20 minutes away from varadero and its just so beautiful.
You have to experience that once in your life.
Enjoy :)

You guys should go and check out Negril in Jamaica!!
Especially during the spring break ...I had a vacation of my lifetime when I was there.Loads and loads of blood pumping activities on the beach and drinking sessions all at the same time during the day and reggae beach parties at night!!..You can go to Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville Restaurant (JB) and Rick's Cafe for your treat.
JB has both in and outside bar at the beach and it was an adrenalin rush jumping 60 feet high cliff diving from the ocean and not to mention the awesome view of sunset at Rick's Cafe.
The people are very friendly and very much laid back so you wont have any problems to make friends and mix with the locals.
Just watch for the prices though.
It can be a bit pricy especially at popular hang out places....as for places to stay there are a lot cheap rates hotels over there.
You may wanna check this website http://www.holidaycity.com/jamaicahotels and http://www.jamaicatourist.net for more info.
So do let us know if you are...Walk Good...

I am from the Bahamas, and well if the list of activities is what you want to do then The Bahamas is the place for you.
Water sports include: snorkeling, jet skiing, scuba diving, swimming with the dolphins, and of course the Atlantis Resorts crazy slides
The drinking age is 18.
We have beaches with white and pink sand where tourist tan every day and also their are many local clubs!
I think the Bahamas is the best place to be!

Cuba hands down! Cuba has everything and more that you are looking for in a fun vacation.
And the beaches there are unlike no other.
What will make your trip are the Cubans themselves.
They're very warm, hospitable and full of zest and a love for life.
There are so many places to see and things to do in Cuba.
You would never get bored.
And when you just want to relax, the water will just soothe you and the sun is super hot.
One important thing about Cuba is that it is clean and the odds of anyone getting sick from travelling to Cuba are next to nil...unlike the other places mentioned.
As well, Cuba is extremely safe.
The other places mentioned are not and I know exactly that for fact.
Check out these sites for Cuba:

My parents went to the Dominican Rep.
For vacation and said it was tons of fun.
You can drink, go out and party, and the place is gorgeous.
It's also way cheaper than the other places you mentioned.
Cept I don't know anything about Cuba so I could be wrong.

Cuba is the best place in all the Caribbean for parties, cigars, and beaches.
It is also the safest and friendliest.

As this is in the Cuba section, I have to throw my vote to Cuba - I think you'd prefer Varadero.
(Other beach areas are Cayo Coco and Guardalavaca (Holguin).)

I would stay away from Mexico because around campus I hear a lot of scary stories about people who vacation there.
TRUST ME you don't wanna go there.
