Teens: What is your dream career; the career you are striving to achieve? Ten points to BEST answer!? - Yahoo! Answers

My dream career would to be in Infantry in the Army.

It would mean so much to me, I can't even describe how much, to be out there, fighting for my county.

I would feel so proud of myself for once.

The one thing I think I could be good at, the one thing that would mean the world to me, I can't do. I hate that, knowing that I will never be able to do it, I won't even be given a chance, it hurts me, to know that I can't chase my dream.

When I told my parents, they didn't support me, told me it was stupid, I didn't care, it's not like I could do it anyway. I am now interested in being a Pilot in the RAF, but my mum isn't very supportive.

What ever I end up doing in the future, I know I won't be completely happy at it, knowing that it's not my dream.

I'm 16 and have wanted to be a fashion designer ever since I was like 10, I have these funny pictures of when I was like 3 and had like all the jewelry in the house on and my mom was like I shouldve known you would want a career in fashion. And don't worry you will figure out what you want to do with your life some people change majors in college several times before they find the right career for them. Just try out different things and take a variety if different classes in school to figure it out.

Take anatomy to see if you want to be a doctor.

Take art to see if you want to pursue it.

Take music and see if you have the talent.

Try different sports and see if you like them and are good.

My dream is to become the lead singer/guitarist in a band.

I've always loved performing, especially in front of people.

It gives me an amazing feeling, and I love everything about it.

I've been in chorus for years, and things like Glee Club, so I think I'll be ready on the singing part.

I'm going to start learning guitar soon too.

I've been criticized and all that, so I can handle that in the entertainment business. You could try going to community college to see what you want to do for a living.

I have no clue. I wanted to be a real estate agent then a pediatrician.

Now I'm stuck between a social worker, emergency medical doctor or a paramedic.

It is irritating especially since this is the year that I should be looking at colleges- how can I look at colleges if I don't know what I want as a career?!

I want to be a photographer, a musician, or a neurologist/brain surgeon.

Lol. obviously the first two are more similar and the third is totally different, but i'm studying hard in science, and trying really hard at my music and photography. i don't have a calling either...just find something that you like, and the more you do it...the more you will love it.

A paediatrician :) It fell into place for me because, firstly - I love biology, learning about human physiology and anatomy.

Secondly - I love the idea of helping people.

Thirdly - I grew up around kids all the time because my mum ran a daycare, and now I work at a daycare centre.

I love kids and want to work with them.. So a paediatrician seemed to be the best option :)

Well at first i had no ideeeea what i wanted to be when i got olderr but i started praying about it that God reveal to me what my career should be s now i think i want to be a teeeeacher(: i lovee working with kids so it should be goood:D haha. XOXO -ELLE<3
