Application pricing, curious about pricing variations per round I have seen both even pay for applications, and different prices per round from lawn care companies.
What do you do and why? We use average even pay pricing.

Windows Azure looks like a promising cloud platform. The big unknown right now is the pricing model. Microsoft says that they are still working on that, but it will be competitive. What do you think would make a good pricing model?

The same can be said for Analysis and Integration Services .
I am pretty sure that Reporting Services 2005 is included with a standard SQL Server 2005 license .

You need to be realistic when pricing though, which makes it difficult understand that.
