We recently completed a project that had over 15k CustomerLevels and was utilizing both the Extended Pricing and the Product filetering.
Their own CustomerLevel and set Extended Pricing accordingly.

Anyone with support contracts will have access to them. They "should" work with any v7.0 storefront...

You need to be realistic when pricing though, which makes it difficult understand that.
