Is it changing to the one on their home PC? Terminal Server/RDP setting to Disable printer you could create a quick visual basic script to reset the printer, and put it in their startup folder "printer name".

On Vista when I tried to print a test page, it posted directly to the URL.
I've heard of people having luck convincing windows 7 to install vista-specific drivers anyway to Wireshark.

I have a P4 3.0 PC. I upgraded to Vista. After 2 weeks, I am going to back to XP. Too many problems with Vista.
