We used some Database Projects in VS2005 Professional. Am I correct in saying Microsoft removed support in 2008 Professional edition and moved it to Team System instead?

You need to be using VS Team Suite or VS Developer Edition. .
Professional doesn't support this for free.

Doing a "professional exam" won't make you interested in be contracted as a professional python programmer, you should be able to prove your more on testing personally the people than....
There are no official Python certifications as of yet.

How do you prove this? Do I have to know everything about it? What are the important things you should know about a language to say you are a professional in that language?
EDIT: in more details what are the things which the professional programmer already...

Taking from sports, maybe a professional is just someone who works with that language for a living didn't know LINQ was not a professional C# developer but it helps they know of it's existence and could yourself professional.

Use the "Server Explorer" (Ctrl+W, L) to add a connection, then once a connection is open you can right-click the server node and select "New Query" .
If it's within a database project, then you can right click on it and choose "Run" or "Run On..." .
