Im 25 F UK Citizen, i came to the USA for the first time on november 29th 2007 on visa waiver to meet a guy that i had been talking to online, before my 90 days were up i went back to the UK for 2 weeks then i came back to the USA in March 2008 again...

U cannot use the visa waiver programme anymore, and u would need to apply on the visa....
They gave me a 6month visa for free just an automatic ban.
They told me I cannot travel under the visa waiver program.

If you only plan it was illegal for them to admit anyone into the program that did not have at least some type of visa back sometime during....
As long as you're from a visa-waiver country, you don't need anything.
