DH and I are really struggling to come up with a boys name that either of us like. We both love Elliott but it doesn't work with our surname. We both really like the name Eli but I'm concerned that people would pronounce it as Ellie, like the girls name...

Marseillan = Mar-say-ahn
Pézenas = Pay-zuh-nas (Parisians might not pronounce the final S, but we do around here)
Mèze = Mehz
They all follow the standard rules of French pronunciation except for Pézenas, since strictly speaking you shouldn't pronounce... .
