What is proper pronunciation for a Java 5 "Executor"? Is it "executor" as in "the executor of a will"? Or is it "executor" as in "the executioner of a prisoner"?

( That's why other" There is no step 3! (As good a pronunciation as any I'd say.) The Executor is one who executes Runnables.

According to Wikipedia , going letter by letter is the "official" pronunciation (though I hear Sparks points out, you learn it as S-Q-L, and that's the pronunciation in most countries like there to be one right answer and we like to do things....
Can we settle this, which is correct? There should be two answers: please just vote up the question you agree with. A1) Var-Char A2) Var-Car ...unless there's an alternative pronunciation?

Ie, it is var-char and since we pronounce char as kyar so, I would like to think it should be pronounced as var-... .
Varchar is derived from char.
A1 - Var - Char...
I always say it "Var-Char" with a hard "ch" sound .
That's not a silent H.

Setting up a ANFIS-learning....
Not entirely my field, but maybe build a neural network with several layers - earlier layers to guess the splitting of the words into sequential syllables, the later layers to guess the pronounciation of the said syllables .
