But do thai bar owners do the same? And do all other businesses pay as well. Such as salons, hotels etc?
Also is this a tourist area thing or does it happen all over thailand?

Hi,
can a foreigner buy property in Vietnam?
If so, is it complicated? What is the process of purchasing a property in Vietnam?
Any tips for buying property, such as a check-list of items to verify ?
Thanks in advance for participating!
