What offence are they charging you with, Yes all tickets, railcards remain property of the railway... .

It's not just the illegal drugs they need to do something about, but the main problem which is people driving on prescriptions that forbid driving - like oxycontin .

I agree whole-heartedly that this needs to be changed, but there's no legal grounds for prosecution of previous insider trading, even if a new law closes that loophole....
