I haven't tried it yet but one of the ladies on the lightweight board says AT is 100% whey protein isolate.
They blamed it on a whey lot and sent me new batches (which speaks to how wonderful so much.
Could fix it.

Was gonna get some BBW whey but cant decide which flavour to get, also am I right in thinking this is a whey protein concentrate and isolate mix?

Just bought a 5k pouch of MP impact whey and wondered about the serving suggestions. It says 25g scoop taken 2 or 3 times a day. Each serving delivers 20.6g protein. I wondered whether anyone thinks a serving should be bigger than this?

I use 2 scoops when i have mine, so roughly 40g of protein I use 2 big scoops and get 48g of protein so 30g scoop Cool.
And around 50g protein.

Anyone use Oneon for their whey protein? I buy Soy isolate from them cos its stupidly cheap(£7 for 908gms) and they do free delivery on everything but Ive never tryed the whey so just wondered if its any good?
