And branched chain aminos aren't protien, they are amino acids, which protien is made ....
I dont know if it was just, other wise, dark matter, then protien.

Is there a maximum amount of protien you can digest in 1 meal. i always thought it was about 30g for some reason, but when i looked for an answer i couldnt find it. So if for example if i eat 3 chicken breasts in 1 meal will i be wasting some of the protien...

Just try and eat 1.5 to 2 g of protein per pound of bodyweight .
Dont get bogged down in this type of stuff.
