I have thought of making a Psy/something corr since i21 gave it to us. In the meantime, I am not sure if I should go for /pain or /time, as both sets thematically fit with the toon in mind. If anyone have experience with Psychic Blast on...

Psy Blast is a great set, longer range, lots of effects (immob/sleep/ku/-rech), but no Aim the -recharge.
