I have two three-stage calpedas, one has EPDM wear rings between stages and these seized the whole pump mid-batch the flow any.

After installing my Integrated Oil Pump Cooler, I noticed I had apparently cracked the Cast Aluminum Cover (My Fault as I torqued the fittings down too tight, so Avoid this mistake if you ever install this type of oil-cooler/oil-pump cover)...

Seriously, if you are able to hold the fluid....
Try pump hold then finger
release finger off pump hold finger etc
and see if you get fluid out of the master.
I have already put a kit through this MC before all these problems began 2 yrs back .

Im fitting an ABF to my clipper at the mo. it was carbed originally as most know, im going for TB's with 300cc injectors
ive gone for a facet red top pump. if i need a lift pump where should i look, and will i need bigger fuel lines?

Later cabby and scirocco lifter pump is what you want, bag all the accumulator tank and gubbins to control the fuel pumps properly as well Or try this
Get a low pressure pump feeding swirle pot to tank

I'm looking for an adaptor that goes between the power steering pump and the vacuum pump not sure what it's called but it's no 3 in the pic

Part of the pump....
#2 is the reservoir, it bolts to the pump on the side that is not in the picture.
I think 2 is the pump 3 is the coupller that connects the pump ton the vacuum pump You think wrong.
IS the pump.

I beleive my suction/transfer pump is going bad as everytime it gets to 1/4 tank it starts to run funny or out of gas,dont want to open up the system yet,is there just a suction pump or do you have to buy the whole pump assembly ?

If you are sure that it is the only suction pump problem, you can just replace the....
That they replaced the auxiliary fuel pump, this transfers the fuel from one side of the tank fuel pump, suction pump and left level sensor.
