We are carving our pumpkins this weekend, and pumpkin seeds are a must. Because I have a horrible memory, I have to ask every year how to make them LOL.
Any help would be most appreciated

1 Tbsp curry powder, Madras
1000 g pumpkin, peeled, chopped
2/3 cup(s) dry lentils seconds.
With cumin seeds.

Has anyone made this by Donna Hay? Is it any good? I don't eat pumpkin but thought it sounded decent for DH's work lunches.
Cut butternut pumpkin in half lengthways
Scoop out seeds
Place on roasting tray
Place whole unpeeled onion on roasting tray also...

Seeds, unless sprouted/soaked, are extremely fatty and lack any major nutrition it be more 70% food, 30% seed?
how do you sprout your seeds? Jack's mash contains a variety of foods, half is the benefit....
Then a seed only diet.
