So, I'm desperate for pumpkin soup today. My boy is at the shops, and he is not sure which type of pumpkin to buy - and to be honest, I have no idea.
Butter or kent for soup?

Pumpkin-Mushroom-Curry Soup A few months ago I had this soup at a friend's and finally got the recipe this weekend. It called for flour to thicken it and honey to sweeten it, but I left those out. What might the carb count be for this without the flour...

Cut pumpkin into large blocks and remove seeds.
No I meant instead of the microwave portion.
Wouldn't taste the same as cooking it in the broth on the stove with the other stuff .
Can you bake the pumpkin? meh, I guess so.
