Should be ok to sew them towards the end of may....its too rainy and soggy yet...unless you want to start them growing inside ... .
But you can start them inside now if you would rather .
The end part of May is good.

Friend of mine gave me a huge pumpkin for the chooks to munch, but I had to have a go at carving it first. This is the result
