A lot of people have that opinion about Punjabis.
The youth is more into stylin, doing gedi all day on Bullet /gipsy/ SUV (close to GCG mostly ) and chilling out at pubs or at some local Thheka at evening instead of devoting to studies which is more important...

Seriously, does nobody speak Punjabi? Are you referring to the Gurmukhi script or the Shahmukhi different accents.

Is stored in the database table jos_content? Are you seeing Punjabi characters or question marks?
You but the punjabi text is in question marks.
