I'm interested to find out what other tools developers & testers are using out there to manage their functional and regression test cases.

For a much cheaper commercial alternative SpiraTest from Inflectra ... .
We've also used the ArtOfTest WebAii tools before and it had a lot of good support for .net developers .
We've used Selenium before and it's been quite good for our front end testing .

Other than taste, what determines how high the quality of green tea leaves are? (aka, how can I tell)

Often a vendor will sell a so called high quality....
Leaves can look amazing but fail in the taste (&/or freshness) category compared to much less attractive and lower quality leaves.
Leaf quality in appearance does not guarantee better taste.

Both brands have excellent quality quality control.
Asking people's opinions about quality control at Canon/Nikon...isn't from that, in my experience both brands provide amazing image quality.

I have seen that some of these spectroproofers are up around 1500 dollars. Would a flatbed scanner in that price range do the same quality job in creating printer profiles?
