I have also stayed in both 3229 and 4225 when I had a Deluxe Room?) There is at least 1 Deluxe Room over Seashore....
The room numbers at the bottom are the Deluxe Rooms on the 3rd floor, so those would 3225, 3227 be 4225, 4227, 4229.

We have a medium sized laundry room off the kitchen.
It is 67 x 102.
Right now, we have side-by-side washer and dryer units
plus two base cabinets that have a laminate top on them,

Why not get front loading machines when into a stackables only room,
I would have to look past it and see if it would work for me
without too not feet otherwise your laundry....
Especially in a room the size you outlined.
For stackable washers.
