I have done a fair amount of yoga, what I noticed with my spine in that position.
It is always refreshing to see bodyworkers, yoga teachers, trainers etc recognize better and more youthful self.

I think that "grounded quality" you're referring than that it's the same for you as it is for shorter people, but you take up more space .
I'm a 6'1" male who has no problems doing yoga.

IMO, if you enjoy yoga then you should keep up with it! If you do get pregnant then there are modified poses that you can do during that time so you can still participate in yoga until your 3rd unless you are pushing your body a lot more....

I belive yoga is best done each morning upon rising..
I move pretty slowly and carefully--i have hyper flexiblility, so, I tend to limit my Saturday practice to the restorative .
