I have a few questions for people who have done yoga? I'm attending a yoga class an a couple of weeks 1st. I'm not very flexible I can't even fully bend over front wards I know bad what would I expect in a class if I'm not flexible?

Power yoga can be fast paced like, both on and off YogaForums, I think I like the....
By a video on YouTube I have to say Ashtanga makes the power Yoga I have done and do look slow to "mix it up" and not stay with the set Ashtanga sequences.
