I am very glad when Google adds quick view to its search function . However, I found that not all of the PDFs, PPTs, Xls, Docs can be quick viewed. Any idea why this is so?

I would also recommend getting ReSharper to help you navigate your projects .
There should be a drop down list in the upper right hand corner of the screen that lists all members for that class in alphabetic order.. .

We have a 120MB XML file that we want to view. Opening it in IE brings my machine to a crawl. I guess IE is loading the whole file into memory.
Is there a tool to view this in a faster manner? Ideally a Windows GUI based tool. Would be nice if you could...

If you want syntax hiliting, try vim.
To view an XML file, I would use less(1) , even though this doesn't format anything, either (beyond breaking the input into pages).
