Our year of trying will be at the end of April. However, due to my long, irregular cycles and probable anovulation (per my doctor) our timing had to have been terrible. I hardly knew anything about temping/charting before I started lurking here a couple...

Very long cycles, then yes you can go to an RE at a year.

We did it last night. It wasn't planned (I checked out my lady parts earlier in the day and was surprised to see that they looked normal... how the heck does a kid pop out of there and it just goes back to normal!!??! ), but it was great! Seriously better...
