Watermelon Salsa
Ingredients:
1 Watermelon
1 bn Cilantro
1 c Balsamic Vinegar
1 Red Onion
Instructions:
Halve the watermelon, scoop out meat. Seed (this took forever!) cut up into
presentable pieces, not too big. Save one of the halves to serve the salsa...

Salsa on scrambled eggs is fantastic.
I use it in my enchilada recipes, stuffed of lycopene and other great micronutrients! Oh yah, love salsa.
I love salsa.
It's also good over mashed steamed cauliflower.

I made the sweet potato need a mandolin! I have been using baked scoops .

Try making Jicama chips or sweet potato chips.

Easy....
Onions, jalps, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro and salt. I just use the amt I like. Put all over open flames and char till black. Put in blender and blend all together. Serve!!! Yummo!

Recenty I have been covering my chicken breast with Moroccan seasoning, George Foremaning it and then garnishing it with my 0-Point home-made salsa.
Last night I put the salsa all over it, wrapped in tin foil and Georged it. The taste was incredible!
