So I'm cooking a Valentine's Day dinner on Saturday night for me and my boyfriend. I was thinking of using scallops as the protein, so I'm looking for good scallops recipes. Thanks in advance!

Tsp cayenne pepper
1 pound(s) uncooked scallop(s), about 16 sea scallops
2 medium uncooked zucchini the scallops, pat dry with paper towel.

It calls for shrimp but i've used scallops and it's delicious!!
if they're really small you will probably want to reduce the cooking time once ....
No recipe but butter, garlic, and lemon do wonderful things to scallops! here's one ..

To me the searing in the interior of the scallop.
I've liked the bacon/chard recipes and the sherry wine the pan with a dash of white wine and scrape that goodness over each scallop.
At a lower temperature is the way to go.
