It's a private method, so (hopefully) you're not writing unit tests against it .

To test it out I'd recommend.
Can install Windows ourselves and thus use our existing licenses .

If you can only recommend them with reservations, or cannot easily give them a stellar ....
A simple paragraph, 3-4 recommend them without reservation.
Keep it short.
But it's not different than any other letter of recommendation.

Instead, you want to align this user with similar users and weight accordingly .
You don't want to use "overall popularity" unless you have no information about the user .

I also have 3D Computer Graphics....
It covers radiosity, but doesn't seem to have it all in one place, but is rather discussed as part of illumination in general .
