This company may have a great range of footwear, but good luck if you ever want to return anything and get a refund. After 3 months of excuses (which, if they are true, just shows they are administratively incompetent) and stonewalling, I am still awaiting...

The buyer opened a item not described case which she did because she wanted me to refund her the amount she paid and pay for shipping it back to me and the new battery she bought that she has no reciept for. I refunded the money she paid thru ebay case...

Tell them that you'll pay....
Tell him that you're just a poor working stiff trying to make a few bucks on ebay .
If your buyer does not cooperate and return the item, file a postal to the bidder to return the item.
You are not out of options.
