I would politely ask that you process a full refund within 7 days already returned the phone once....
They go on to advise any item is returned or not.
Cannot insist on the return of an item before a refund is processed.

That's how for chart purposes, unless the sale....
If it's bought then it obviously counts as a sale, were it to be returned the followed week then it would offset any sale of that CD in that week.
It counts as a return for shipment purposes.
