new to the forums, hoping i can get some help and advice from yourselves. Basically im 25 and i noticed about 20 months ago that my hair started thinning from my crown. Didnt do much about it at the time because i didnt know where to start but...

If we're told it only works on the crown, not temples, what about the diffuse middle parts?
how many of you guys use it all over, and does it help?
Even on the foam 'ad' it only shows it being applied to the crown, so what's the deal here with you guys...

Dont look to the crap written on the minoxidil bottles,apply it everywhere..on finasteride it's told that it helps only on the vertex,but i had amazing regrowth everywhere,and a good hairline though .

Zur Bekämpfung meiner Geheimratsecken suche ich ein gutes Mittel. Unter anderem wurde mir das Haarwuchsmittel "Regaine Männer" empfohlen. Hat jemand schon Erfahrungen mit diesem Produkt?

Regain hilft aber nur, wenn noch Haarfollikel vorhanden sind.
Das Minoxidil (Regaine) soll bei Haarausfall aber auch Schwester benutzte das für Damen und hat wieder dichtes Haar.
Sind alle für die Katz und Geldmacherei.

Did most of you try Regaine before taking Propecia, or did you just jump in or do both at same time. A lot of surgeons don't rate Rogaine, and wondered if it's worth trying before taking propecia?

It's apparently more effective than minox and is far less likely to have sides .
I'd say you'd be better off trying Nanoxidil.
Doesn't it contain 4% minoxidil? If your side effects are from minox I'd imagine they'd continue with Nanominox .

Have you checked your log file size? Have you tried spaceused to see whether the table is still / indices are still occupying a lot of space?
Try re-indexing using DBREINDEX, updating the stats, then shrinking, I think that did the trick for me .

Which JVM? If it's 5 or higher there are additional... .
If it's the perm space that's being filled up, there won't be much you can do .
You can use visual gc to see what's happening.
Get some data to see exactly what's going on.
I'd recommend that you not guess.
