Before selling, how does one decide on what to remodel? Should certain rooms be a higher priority? Should certain elements within a room be a higher priority? What's a reasonable budget when you are about to move? Anything else to consider?

I was just in contact with the manager of the Wyndham (Tesoro). He informed me that he was informed that the pool is to be remodeled starting 05/15/2012. He stated that is is to take about 100 days to complete!

100 days you can build 10 pools in that time....oh wait nevermind!
