We are working on improving my mothers house to make it safer/easier for her. She is 80+, arthritic, diabetic and stubborn. She has had a few falls recently (thankfully nothing broken) and after the last one we convinced her the ER and a hospital stay...

Our house was....
The general thought is that there is no way to *fix* the shower walls...we have to rip it out and start over .
The shower walls are old tile...the grout is flaking off, there are cracks, and it is generally hideous .

Handy total beginner is removing existing bath/shower combo (skirted tub) and existing drywall. I want to use ditra and tile it. What do I use to cover studs (product the ditra will be applied onto)? Should I use cement board? Doesn't seem to make sense...

Drywall? Sent from a Samsung Galaxy S2 Why not go on the Ditra web site and see how it's installed? Still could use some help...Anyone have any experience? PS Ditra website doesn't actually cover this application .
One or more of the circuits you're going to be abandoning is connected to another room of the house that isn't being remodeled? Hope like hell that the room being remodeled is on the end of the circuit instead of the beginning?

However, Breezes no longer comes up as available in a holiday search & the staff seem to think that the hotel is going to close due to the fact that there... .
The rumour is that Breezes,Trelawny is merging with Secrets & that the hotel will be refurbished .

Never heard of them---what level of quality are you looking for? Haas makes a very good cabinet at a fair price--the finishes are way above average--- I just googled it---I am not familiar with any of the lines of cabinets that they carry-- Interestingly... .
