I accidentally stumbled across an application called CHUD Remover that claims to remove CHUD files. It lives in /Developer/Applications/Performance Tools/CHUD.
What is CHUD and why would I want to remove CHUD files from my system?

I am out of eye makeup remover so i was using babyoil and i was reading if its bad to use and i came across using EVOO for makeup remover, moisturizer - good for hair etc.

I give myself vaseline facials, so there is that.

I think I know just the thing! Use Bioderma H2O crealine a very dry eye area which I have to use lots of eye cream on so I know your pain.
